Practice Points
The attached fifteen minutes “Practice Point” briefing sheets, have been made available for managers and team leaders to access and use within their team meetings, group supervision sessions, team building days.
They contain a subject, a brief scenario around that subject and suggested links to access further information.
It is suggested that you would pick one of the subjects each time you have a meeting or that managers may decide to work through one per month, there is no set time for completion, and they are put forward as a more informal way of delivering learning between practitioners.
Having completed these basic briefings, it naturally leads the way into attending a full training presentation from the selection held in the LSCB Multi Agency Training Programme.
