Monitoring and Evaluation Sub Group

The monitoring and evaluation sub group is responsible for initiating and undertaking both multi-agency and single-agency audits and reviews of safeguarding activities on behalf of the LSCB to ensure compliance to the child protection and safeguarding procedures.

Members include:

• Head of Safeguarding – Chair

• Independent Reviewing Officer

• Detective Inspector Sussex Police

• Designated Nurse, Safeguarding Children, NHS Brighton and Hove

• Attendance Strategy Manager, Children’s Services

• Performance Analysist - Social Care, Children’s Services

• LSCB Business Manager
